Bible Text: Hebrews 1:1-2:4 | Preacher: Geoff Thomas | Everything is great these days! There is relative greatness and absolute greatness. Jesus is absolutely great. The writer compares Him to the prophets (Christ was greater), the angels (they receive their orders from Him), the whole universe (He made the worlds and made us) and God (the Father and Son are equal in glory, power and greatness). How can a Christ like this be interested in us? He is not a great High Priest who cannot be touched with our infirmities. We have an advocate in the presence of God.
