God is building a holy people for Himself as Joseph’s family is brought to Egypt, and He’s doing the same thing today. He wants to make us a holy people. Joseph’s brothers tried to crush their consciences over what they did to Joseph but God is bringing them to repentance through him. God will work in us too if there are sins we need to be rid of. We can try to ignore them, or confess them and go to Christ who came into the world because of sin.
