Christ is tender and commends the church at Thyatira despite their error. He regards the work of His people. We are not saved by works but there is growth in sanctification. The condemnation is that they tolerate a woman who teaches sexual immorality. God graciously gives time to repent. There is a threat of judgement but promises to those who hold fast. There will be vindication, and we are promised Christ Himself.
