Bible Text: Mark 5:1-20 | Preacher: James Allan | Series: Mark | Perhaps it took the people a moment to recognize the man who had lived among the tombs now clothed and in his right mind. This transformation is possible for the most hardened heart. There are many who want Jesus to go away. No doubt the owners of the pigs were upset. They would have preferred for this man to remain in his condition. People are afraid when someone becomes a Christian; they think it strange and don’t like it. Jesus told a leper and others to keep silent after they were healed but this man is told to go and tell his friends. He is the first gentile missionary!
