Bible Text: James 4:11-17 | Preacher: James Allan | Series: James | The law referred to here is the law of love; loving neighbour as self. When we speak against our brother we are judging this law. The remedy is to remember who God is. The law is His reflection. He is judge and who are we? We are as harsh in our judgement of others as we are lenient in our judgement of ourselves. Boasting leaves God out of the equation. Our plans should be made in accordance with His will, designs and plans. We are not the master of our own destiny.
