Bible Text: Ruth 3:12-18 | Preacher: James Allan | Series: Ruth | There is a complication; there is a closer redeemer. Because Boaz is a worthy man, he will only go so far. We can only act as far as the will of God allows; we are never called to pursue sinful alternatives. Boaz tells Ruth to lie down until the morning. We are not very good at sleeping when anxious. If we learn to leave things with God we can develop this attitude. Whatever happens will be what God wants. We are often perplexed as to why things happen but we are to be convinced it is for good. It may not always be for our economic prosperity but it will always be good for our souls.
